2. GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCU") is to define the terms and conditions under which SPL AGATE - Office de Tourisme provides users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") of the https://www.nimes-tourisme.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") with the associated services and the manner in which Users access the Site and use its services.
Any connection to the Site is subject to compliance with the GCU.

- Request for partnership
The information collected on partnership request forms is processed for the purpose of maintaining and publishing the list of partners. This processing is based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures. The data collected is kept for 2 years. Required information is marked with an asterisk.
- Store
The identification and payment data communicated by the User in this context are processed for the purposes of selling and delivering products. This processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures or a contract. The identification data required for invoicing and product delivery are kept for 5 years. Bank details required for payment are not kept.
In all cases, the data collected is intended for the authorized departments and subcontractors of SPL AGATE - Office de Tourisme in strict compliance with the aforementioned purposes.
Personal data collected and processed on the Site are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
