MENTAL DISABILITY

Display of large-print texts and simple images illustrating each category of documents provided. Tourist advisors are able to provide assistance to people with this disability.

MOTOR DISABILITIES

Accessibility of premises for visitors in wheelchairs and reception desk lowered to the appropriate height.

Tour by tourist train: The tourist train is accessible to people with reduced mobility:
- inclined map available on request from the driver
- possibility of accommodating 1 wheelchair user per tour

HEARING IMPAIRMENT

The reception desk is equipped with a magnetic loop to amplify sound for people with hearing aids.

VISUAL IMPAIRMENT

Vigilance strips on doors. A tourist brochure with a map of Nîmes and descriptions of its monuments and museums in Braille is available at reception.
