Nîmes' féria, born in 1952 to accompany the bullfighting shows at the Arènes, has grown over the years to become an event in its own right. Visitors from all over the world come to share moments of jubilation and conviviality in the streets of the historic center. It's a popular festival that brings together the anonymous and the famous, and rivals in ideas for entertaining the crowds: wine fountains, abrivados, literary and artistic competitions, music...
