It is previously specified that the present conditions determine sales, by the Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate, of the whole set of products from the Shopping section online.
1 - Price
Products prices are indicated in Euro, tax included off-participation to sending costs. We mention you sending costs when you confirm your order. In case of order to a different country than France, you are the importer of the concerned products. For all products sent out of the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated tax included automatically in the bill. Customs duties or any other local tax or importation rights or State tax are likely to be required. These rights and sums don’t concern the Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate. You will be in charge of it and entirely responsible for it in terms of declarations as well as in payments to the authorities and competent organizations of your country. We advise you to ask for information about these aspects among your local authorities. All the orders whatever they come from are payable in Euro. The Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate is authorized to modify its prices at any moment but products will be invoiced on basis of rates in force when orders subject to availability are registered. Products remain the Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate property until the complete payment of the price.
2 - Order
Any order in the Shopping section online from the Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate implies the agreement without restriction nor reserves to the present General Conditions, you can see them when you order and they must be check off. The Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate reserves the right not to register a payment, and as a consequence not to confirm an order for any reason at all, and more particularly in case of supplying problems, in case of difficulty regarding the received order. The customer have a retraction deadline of 14 working days to return the order in its original packaging, in order to exchange or to be repaid, return costs are in charge of the customer.
3 - Availability
We present our products in the limit of available stocks. For non stocked products, our offers are guaranteed but subject to availability within our providers. 4 - Delivery
Shopping section online deliveries of the Nîmes Tourist office/SPL Agate are guaranteed through La Poste. The products are sent to the delivery address that you mentioned during the order process. All orders taken after midday on Friday will be posted on the following Monday.

The products proposed comply with French legislation in force. Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate responsibility cannot be involved in case of non respect of country legislation where the products are delivered. It is up to you to verify among local authorities the possibilities of importing or using products or services you wish to order. The photographs completing the products description do not enter the contractual field and could not involve the Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate responsibility. The Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate do not feel responsible for the non execution of the signed contract in case of stockout or unavailability of the product, emergency situation, disorder, total or partial strike specifically the post office and the means of transport and/or communication, flood, fire. The Nîmes Tourist Office/SPL Agate shall not be involved in any indirect damages due to the present conditions, utilization loss, profit loss, chance loss, damage or costs.

Disputes generated by the appliance of the present general sale conditions are submitted to the French law and fall in Nîmes Commercial Court sphere of competence. Only the French version of the prior sale conditions will be valid in view of their interpretation.
